Od 8- MIESIĄCA życia

składniki:
1 duże jabłuszko
150 ml mleka modyfikowanego następczego
1 czubata łyżeczka glukozy
1/2 łyżki soku z jabłuszka
1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
1 łyżka gorącej wody
1 żółtko

Prepare instructions:

jabłuszko dokładnie umyj mydełkiem, obierz ze skórki. następnie zetrzyj na tarce o najdrobniejszych oczkach i wymieszaj z sokiem z jabłuszka. Rozpuść mąkę ziemniaczaną w goroącej wodzie. Oddziel żółko od białka. Żółko utrzyj z glukozą na kogiel - mogiel. Białka wykorzystaj do innej potrawy dla reszty rodzinki.
zagotuj w rondelku mleko. aż zacznie sie gotować. wtedy do mleka dodaj kogiel - mogiel. gdy zacznie znów sie gotować dodaj rozpuszczoną w wodzie mąkę ziemniaczaną. całość chwileczkę potrzymaj na bardzo małym ogniu. gdy nieco przestygnie dokładnie wymieszaj ze startym jabłuszkiem składniki. Deser przełóż do kompotierki. Podawaj ciepłe lub po schłodzeniu. PYCHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mój synek to uwielbia. ŻYCZĘ SMACZNEGO WSZYSTKIM DZIECIAKOM!!!!!!!!!!!

z tego co wiem to mleka modyfikowanego nie wolno gotowac, a dziecko do 1-go roku zycia mleka krowiego nie powinno dostac, bo jest za ciezko strawne
