Ingredients:

2,5 szklanki mąki pszennej
5 jaj
2 szklanki cukru krysztalu
1 szklanka gazowanego napoju pomarańczowego (musi być pomarańczowy i gazowany)
1/2 szklanki oleju sojowego
2 łyzeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżki kakao
może być olejek zapachowy

Prepare instructions:

Ubić pianę z 5 bialek dodać (ubijając) cukier :+ żołtka
(ubijać) +mąka wymieszana z proszkiem,wymieszać,+olej + napój + ewent.olejek zapach.

Masę podzielic na 2 części. Do 1 części dodać kakao. Do
bialej części dodać 2 łyżki mąki (dodatkowo).

Do natłuszczonej formy wysypanej bułką łyżką wlewamy
na przemian: białe ciasto, ciemne ciasto.
Piec w formie na babke, jak ciasto piaskowe w temperaturze 160-180 st.C

skusiłam się na ten przepis,moja pierwsza i ostatnia próba upieczenia zebry kilka lat temu skonczyła sie klęską:( mam nadzieję,że tym razem sie uda,jesli tak będzie dodam zdjęcie,pozdrawiam:)

Robię zebrę według tego przepisu od dawna. Bardzo smakuje wszystkim, zwłaszcza mojemu synowi. Ciasto wychodzi zawsze
