Ingredients:

1 średnia główka kapusty
1 kg mięsa mielonego wieprzowo-wołowego
1 łyżka Vegety
3 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego
sól, pieprz, papryka mielona słodka
2 średnie cebule
olej do smażenia i posmarowania naczynia żaroodpornego
1,5 szklanki wody
2 łyżki margaryny lub masła
koperek do posypania
ew.ryż ugotowany na sypko (ilość wg. uznania)

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę poszatkować i obgotować ok.10 minut w osolonym wrzątku, odcedzić i odcisnąć z wody.
Mięso usmażyć z posiekaną cebulką, doprawić solą i pieprzem.
Naczynie żaroodporne natłuścić, nakładać warstwami na przemian kapustę i mięso.Każdą warstwę kapusty oprószyć papryką mieloną. Pierwszą i ostatnią warstwę powinna stanowić kapusta.
Koncentrat pomidorowy rozmieszać z wodą,doprawić vegetą. Polać zapiekankę, na wierzchu rozłożyć wiórki masła. Wstawić do piekarnika nagrzanego do 180 stopni na ok. 50-60 minut.

Ja podałam z ryżem na sypko, ale można jeść z pieczywem,ziemniakami czy makaronem

Wypróbowane:) Smakuje rewelacyjnie!! Nawet ci co nie przepadaja za gołąbkami zajadali się.....Dziękuję za pomysł! Pozdrawiam:))

Super pomysł gdy się nie chce bawić w zawijanie gołąbków. Zapiekanka bardzo mi smakowała, zjedliśmy z ryżem.
