Ingredients:

makaron(ja od zawsze do tej zapiekanki uzywam krotkich rurek,500 g w opakowaniu)
jeden duzy lub dwa male brokuly

2 opakowania serka kremowego(200 g-jeden)

lub

1 opakowanie gestego jogurtu(najlepiej greckiego-500 g)

Zolty,starty ser(najlepszy taki o wyrazistym smaku-ok 400 g)

Sol,pieprz

Czerwona suszona papryka

Ziola prowansalskie(jesli ktos lubi)

Maslo

Prepare instructions:

Makaron ugotowac do miekkosci w dobrze osolonej wodzie(nie rozgotowac)
Brokuly porozdzielac,rozyczki ugotowac w osolonej wodzie,nie rozgotowac.

Forme do zapiekanek wysmarowac maslem.
Na spod nalozyc czesc makaronu,makaron posypac drobniutko startym serem.Na makaron z serem nalozyc czesc brokulowych rozyczek,w razie kniecznosci posolic i popieprzyc.Mozna tez posypac ziolami.Na rozyczki nalozyc partiami serek badz jogurt.

Na brokuly ponownie nalozyc czesc makaronu,makaron posypac zoltym serem,nalozyc brokuly i serek.Powinny wyjsc trzy warstwy.

Na wierzch nalozyc makaron,posypac startym serem,ser oproszyc papryka.

Wstawic do piekarnika na jakies 20-30 minut.
