Ingredients:

1,5 szkl.mleka 3,2%, 8 łyżek mąki przesianej pszennej, 1/2 szkl. cukru, 4 jajka,2 żóltka,2 szczypty soli,odrobina masła do posmarowania formy, 35 dkg sliwek węgierek

ubij pianę z białek:                    wymieszaj składniki suche z

dodaj mleko:                               dodaj pianę:


delikatnie wymieszaj:                   rozłóż śliwki:

zalej resztą ciasta:                     upiecz:

Prepare instructions:

białka ubić na sztywną pianę z pierwszą szczyptą soli.Śliwki umyć, osuszyć, wypestkować.Cukier,sól i mąkę wymieszać, dodać stopniowo po 1 jajku całym,wymieszać delikatnie, dodać stopniowo żółtka i wolnym strumyczkiem wlewać mleko (musi mieć temperaturę pokojową), dodać białka(te od dwóch żółtek)- delikatnie zamieszać,przełożyć połowę ciasta do formy wcześniej wysmarowanej masłem ,poukładać na masie śliwki i zalać je resztą ciasta. Piec w lekko nagrzanym wcześniej piekarniku przez 40-50 minut w 160 stopniach. Po wyciągnięciu z pieca można polać wierzch syropem klonowym,lub czekoladowym, smacznego inka21
