Zapiekanka pierożkowa - warta grzechu

Ingredients:

2 torebki mrożonych pierogów z mięsem,
25 dag pieczarek,
1 i 1/2 łyżki masła,
1 łyżka mąki,
1 szklanka mleka,
1/2 szklanki śmietany,
sól,
pieprz,
sok z cytryny,
20 dag sera żółtego,
tłuszcz,
bułka tarta do formy

Prepare instructions:

1.Pieczarki wymyć, opłukać, osączyć, pokroić w paski i podsmażyć na tłuszczu dla odparowania wody.

2.Z tłuszczu i mąki przygotować białą zasmażkę, rozprowadzić częścią zimnego mleka, dodawać mieszając pozostałe wrzące mleko, zagotować.

3.połączyć sos ze śmietaną i pieczarkami, doprawić do smaku.

4.Pierogi ugotować w dużej ilości osolonej wody, odcedzić, przelać zimną wodą, osączyć, włożyć do przygotowanego naczynia żaroodpornego lub rondla.

5.Powierzchnię potrawy posypać połową startego sera, zalać sosem i ponownie posypać serem. Wstawić do nagrzanego piekarnika i zapiec. Podawać z dodatkiem surówek.
