Zapiekanka z pulpetami mięsnymi

Ingredients:

- 200 g makaronu penne lub spirale,
- 400 g mieszanego miesa mielonego,
- 1 jajko,
- 2 małe cukinie (ok. 400g),
- 2 łyżki półtłustego białego sera,
- 1 cebula,
- 2 ząbki czosnku,
- 400 g pomidorów z puszki (obranych i pokrojonych),
- 100 g śmietany 30%,
- igły z dwóch gałązek rozmarynu,
- 15 dag sera cheddar,
- olej do smażenia,
- oliwa z oliwek do smażenia,
- sok z połowy limonki,
- świeżo zmielony kolorowy pieprz,
- sól

Prepare instructions:

Połączenie kuchni polskiej z włoską. Pomidorowa bezspornie poddająca się czarowi rozmarynu, który w dodatku wchodzi w układy z nietypowymi pulpecikami. Do tego cukinia i cheddar...

Mięso mieszamy w misce razem z jajkiem, białym serem, pieprzem i solą. Formujemy kuleczki i smażymy je na rozgrzanym oleju na brązowy kolor. Odkładamy pulpeciki na bok. Na oliwie szklimy cebulę i czosnek. Wrzucamy na patelnię cukinię. Doprawiamy ją solą, pieprzem i sokiem z limonki. Dodajemy pomidory, śmietanę, sól, pieprz, pokrojone igiełki rozmarynu. Wszystko gotujemy bez przykrycia kilka minut. W międzyczasie gotujemy al dente makaron (z odrobiną oliwy). Piekarnik rozgrzewamy do 225 stopni (200 z termoobiegiem). Na spód naczynia żaroodpornego wykładamy połowę sosu. Następnie wrzucamy makaron, pulpeciki. Wszystko przykrywamy sosem, a wierzch posypujemy startym cheddarem. Taką zapiekankę wkładamy do piekarnika na 15 minut.
