Zapiekanka z ziemniaków ze szpinakiem i kurczakiem

Ingredients:

podwójna pierś z kurczaka

0,5 kg ziemniaków

szpinak mrożony - około 300-350 g

ser tarty lub w plastrach (ilość taka jaką lubimy) - pyszne wchodzi z serem gorgonzola

Przprawy: galka muszkatałowa, pieprz, zioła prowansalskie, przyprawa do kurczaka np: po staropolsku, papryka czerwona słodka lub pikantna (jak wolimy) sól, maggi, czosnek granulowany, olej (oliwa z oliwek)

śmietana 12% około 200 ml

2 łyżki majonezu

naczynie żaroodporne

Prepare instructions:

Gotujemy w osolonej wodzie obrane ziemniaki na półtwardo. Kurczaka smażymy z przyprawami (przyprawa do kurczaka, papryka) na oleju lub oliwie z oliwek. W kubeczku rozrabiamy śmietanę z majonezem, maggi, czosnkiem, gałką muszkatałową - oczywiście mieloną :), pieprzem czarnym i ziołami prowansalskimi. Na spód naczynia żaroodpornego wkrajamy ziemniaki na to kładziemy szpinak zamrożony, kurczaka i polewamy naszą miksturą :). Wstawiamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 180-190 stopni C na 20-25 minut, przy czym ostatnie 7 minut pieczemy posypując zapiekankę serem. Ja lubię jak ser jest chrupiący z wierzchu i ciągnący pod spodem więc wrzucam ostatnie 5 minut grill i termoobieg.
