Zapiekanka ziemniaczano-jajeczna

Ingredients:

- ziemniaczki około 1/2 kilo,
- cebula z 2 sztuki,
- jaja 5 sztuk,
- boczek i kiełbasa (zwyczajna, toruńska) - zależy jak bardzo miesne lubicie (ale około boczku 30 dag, kiełbasy dwie laski),
- 1/2 szklanki śmietany,
- ser żółty - tez zależy jak bardzo lubicie roztopiony serek,
- sól, pieprz - do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki umyc, ugotować w łupkach (będa wtedy miały lepszy smak i aromat), po ugotowaniu obrać i pokroic na plastry.

4 jaja ugotowac na twardo.

Usmażyc pokrojony boczek i kiełbasę z cebulą.

Naczynie żaroodporne wymarowac tłuszczem. Warstwami nakładać: ziemniaki, jajka (na twardo, pokrojone), boczek, kiełbasa, układac tak do końca (można - przynajmniej ja tak robie - kazda warstwę oprószać delikatnie serek żółtym startym) ...ziemniaki - jaja - kiełbasa, boczek - ziemniaki - jaja - kiełbasa, boczek...

Śmietanę rozmieszać z surowym jajkiem, dodać przyprawy. Zalac tą śmietaną powierzchnię i posypać startym serem (tutaj juz mozna sobie poszaleć z ilością).

Włożyć do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 200 stopni, piec około 20-30 minut - ma być rumiany i dobrze stopiony ser.

Przepraszam, jeżeli zawiodłam Twoje oczekiwania. Rzeczywiście - nie jest to jakaś nadzwyczajna, królewska zapiekanka. Mimo to, mam nadzieję, że smakowała lub będzie smakować. Pozdrawiam.

nikt nie mówił, że to coś nadzwyczajnego. Zapiekanka super, szybko się przygotowuje, bardzo dobra w smaku. Na szybki obiad rewelacja
