Ziemniaki oberżysty

Ingredients:

12 małych , równych wielkości ziemniaczków ,
12 plasterków chudego boczku ,
12 dużych kostek goudy ,
1 łyżeczka kminku ,
1/2 łyżeczki swieżo zmielonego pieprzu,
1/2 filiżanki bulionu wołowego z kostki ,
1 łyżeczka marynowanego zielonego pieprzu ,
1 duza cebula podzielona na 12 płatków ,
1/2 łyżeczki gruboziarnistej soli(najlepiej morskiej),
1 łyżka masła

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki oskrobać,wrzucić na 10 min. do osolonej wody .Lekko twarde odcedzić. Gdy trochę wystygną, położyć na każdym ziemniaku płatek cebuli, potem szczelnie zawinąc boczkiem. Ułożyć na posmarowanym masłem żaroodpornym półmisku. Posypać sparzonym kminkiem, pieprzem czarnym i zielonym.Na dno półmiska wlać gorący bulion; wstawić do piekarmika (200 stopni).Po 10 min. wyjąć na chwilę , przykryć każdy ziemniak kostką sera i wstawić jeszcze na 5 minut. Ułozyć na poszatkowanej kapuscie , którą należy polać sosem z dna naczynia.

I znowu pyszne ziemniaczki...i znowu kalorie...Coż robić gdy wyobraźnia robi swoje i już czuję ten smak i zapach?Tak więc do kuchni i di dzieła!!!
