Ziemniaki pieczone z sosem tzatziki

Very easy

Ingredients:

1 kg ziemniaków
1 serek twarogowy półtłusty President
1 mały zielony ogórek
1 przyprawa do frytek i ziemniaków Appetita
1 przyprawa tzatziki firmy Prymat
oliwa z oliwek
folia aluminiowa

Prepare instructions:

Obrane ziemniaki pokroić w plasterki, przełożyć do miseczki, skropić oliwą z oliwek, wymieszać.
Ziemniaki posypać przyprawą do ziemniaków. Jest dość pikantna, więc ostrożnie! chyba że lubisz pikantne potrawy... :)
Brytfankę wyłożyć folią alu i na nią wysypać ziemniaki.
Całość przykryć również folią i piec około 50 min w piekarniku o temperaturze 200 stopni.

SOS TZATZIKI:

Ogórek zetrzeć na tarce z dużymi oczkami.
Dodać serek twarogowy oraz 2 łyżeczki przyprawy Prymat, dokładnie wymieszać.
Odstawić do lodówki na około 15 min.

Upieczone ziemniaki podawać z sosem tzatziki.

ja nie przykrywam folią i też są dobrze upieczone, a do tego fajnie zrumienione. Pycha!!!
