Ziemniaki po węgiersku

Very easy

Ingredients:

1 kg ziemniaków
1/2 szkl.oleju do smażenia
2-3 cebule
1 szkl. śmietany
3 łyżki posiekanego koperku
czerwona sproszkowana papryka

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrać , opłukać, osączyć. najlepiej na papierowym ręczniku, pokrajać w cząstki i obrumienić wkładając na patelnię z rozgrzanym olejem.
Odcedzić z tłuszczu , włożyć do rondelka.Cebulę obrać, posiekać zrumienić na oleju, dodać do ziemniaków , oprószyć papryką, zalać śmietaną.
Dusić na wolnym ogniu pod przykryciem 5-10 min.

Wyłożyć na salaterkę, posypać posypanym koperkiem .
Podawać do jaj sadzonych lub potraw rybnych.

Przepis ten jest w rodzince od lat .Pochodzi z książki kucharskiej Zofii Zawistowskiej z roku 1989r.

Mniammmm...tzn. tak sądzę, brzmi pysznie, napewno niedługo wypróbuję. A czy można obejść się bez tego smażenia? Czy to bardzo zmieni(pogorszy) smak ziemniaków? Jutro przygotuję tak kartofelki, bo na dziś mam już zaplanowany obiad.
