Żołądki drobiowe w sosie koperkowym

Ingredients:

1kg świeżych żołądków drobiowych, duża porcja włoszczyzny, sól, ziarna pieprzu, ziarna zielaangielskiego.
SOS:
czubata łyżka masła lub masła roślinnego, 1łyżla mąki, 5szkl. wywaru z włoszczyzny, 2 kopiate łyżki posiekanego koperku(może być mrożony), 1/2szkl. śmietany kremowej, sól.

Prepare instructions:

Żołądki, włoszczyznę oraz przyprawy gotujemy przez 90min, odstawiamy do przestudzenia. Z masła i mąki robimy zasmażkę, uważając by mąka sie nie zrumieniła, tylko straciła smak surowizny. Rozprowadzamy zasmażkę wywarem, zagotowujemy i energicznie mieszamy-nie powinny powstać najmniejsze nawet grudki. Sos doprawiamy do smaku, dodajemy śmietanę, koperek. Gdy będzie zbyt gęsty, podlewamy 2łyżkami wywaru. Przechłodzone żołądki wyjmujemy z wuwaru, kroimy w paseczki, wrzucamy do sosu, przykrywamy, odstawiamy na 10min w ciepłe miejsce. Podajemy z wgotowanym na sypko ryżem lub ziemniakami puree i sezonową surówką!

Bardzo pyszne danie! Jednak chyba tej mąki coś za mało, bo ten sosik wyszedł taki rzadki i musiałam dodać jeszcze około 3 łyżki żeby wyglądał jak sos ...
