Zupa bananowa z kluseczkami kukurydzianymi dla maluchów

Ingredients:

Kluseczki:
600 g kaszki
50 g masła
sól, cukier do smaku

Zupka:
2 l mleka
2 paczki cukru waniliowego
2 żółtka
50 g cukru
10 bananów

Prepare instructions:

Kluseczki:
Kaszkę zalej zimna wodą, odstaw na 30 minut. Gdy napęcznieje dodaj zimnej wody, masło, sól (ja nie dodaję cukru). Gotuj pod przykryciem, aż się całkowicie rozklei. Z ugotowanej schłodzonej kaszy kładź kluseczki łyżeczką do zupy.

Zupka:
Zagotuj mleko z cukrem waniliowym. Utrzyj żółtka z cukrem. Rozprować kilkoma łyżkami wrzącego mleka, a następnie powstałą mieszankę wlewaj stopniowo do mleka stale mieszając. Garnek ustaw na małym ogniu i ubijaj trzepaczką, aż mleko z żółtkami lekko zgęstnieje. Doprowadź do wrzenia, ale nie gotuj! Na koniec zmiksuj z bananami.

Witam. Z tej ilości wychodzi mnóstwo zupki. Czy ona przeznaczona jest do słoiczków i dłuższego przechowywania ? Pozdrawiam

Tak, można ją zapasteryzować. Ale ten przepis i ilość zupy podano mi kiedyś dla nieco starszych dzieci.
