Zupa brokuły i kalafior - creme

Ingredients:

2 cebule
1 ząbek czosnku
350g brokułów
500g kalafiora
20g masla
850ml wywaru z warzyw [instant]
150g Creme Fraiche
sól pieprz
szczypta cukru

2 kromki chleba tostowego
50g platköw orzechöw laskowych bez tych dwöch dodatköw zupa tez jest
znakomita

Prepare instructions:

Cebulki i czosnek drobno pokroic, brokuły i kalafior podzielic na różyczki , ich "gałązki' pokroic drobno. W duzym garnku rozpuscic maslo i zeszklićc cebulę i czosnek, dodac warzywa krótko podsmazyc. Zalać wywarem z warzyw [instant] i na srednim ogniu gotowac 15 min.pod przykryciem. Krótko przed koncem wyjąć parę brokułów i kalafiorów do dekoracji.
BrokuŁy i kalafior zmiksowac mikserem domieszac Creme Fraiche zagotowac przyprawic solą , pieprzem i cukrem. Dodac odstawione warzywa by sie rozgrzały.

Chleb tostowy pokroic i podsmazyc na patelni z orzechami bez tluszczu na zloty kolor, dac do ozdoby na zupe w talerzu.

Zupa ta jest bardzo syta

Zupa rzeczywiście syta!!! Ale tez i smaczna, i szybka w przygotowaniu. Z braku płatków orzechów laskowych użyłam migdałowych i bardzo podkreśliły smak zupy.
