zupa gulaszowa naprawdę super

Ingredients:

1 kg mięsa gulaszowego (wiep-woł)
2 wielkie cebula
3 kolorowe papryki
ziemniaki (3-4 wielkie)
ketchup,koncentrat pom,listek laurowy,ziele ang,chili,cukier,sól,pieprz,słodka papryka,czosnek,kminek,oregano,kostki rosołowe

Prepare instructions:

Duże kawałki mięsa podsmażyć.Odlać sos ze smażenia do kubka. Ostudzone mięso pokroić na mniejsze kawałki i do garnka. Podlać 1/2 l rosołu, dodać grubo pokrojone cebule,sól,pieprz, 2 łyżki koncentratu, 1 łyżkę cukru,2 łyżki ostrego ketchupu.Dolać wodę i 2 kostki rosołowe. Dobrze wymieszać(dno!!) i dolać sos ze smażenia mięsa.Doprawić:ziele ang,listek laurowy,chili,co najmniej 2 duże łyżki słodkiej papryki,czosnek,oregano.Gotować.Pokroić paprykę i ziemniaki.Dodać pod koniec i gotować jeszcze ok.20 min. Doprawić.

Można zasmażyć masełko z mąką do brązowości i dodać do zupy.

Pyszna, "czysta" zupa gulaszowa bez pływającej włoszczyzny jak w innych przepisach. Była przebojem na ostatnim "Sylwestrze" :).

Super zupka, już od paru miesięcy ten przepus króluje na moim stole i bardzo smakuje rodzince ;)

Zupka naprawdę super:))) Zawsze mam problem z doprawianiem zup a tu proszę od razu się udało:))) Nie dałam tylko kminku bo nie lubię

Martwią mnie te kostki rosołowe, wogóle te wszystkie gotowe przyprawy( vegeta) A może lepiej

Zrobiłam. Jak dla mnie nic specjalnego. Więcej jej nie zrobię, ale dziękuję za możliwość wypróbowania przepisu. :)
