Ocet 10 czy 6%?Chcę wypróbować ten przepis,bo ostatnio nie używam śmietany.

Zupka wygląda apetycznie, zwłaszcza podana w tak ślicznym talerzu. Czy to jest może porcelana z Karoliny?

Obawiam się ,że niestety nie jest to porcelana - białe "szkło z efektem muszli" ( jeżeli mogę to tak  nazwać) swego czasu były to bardzo popularne talerze:)

Właśnie ugotowałam i pycha!Taka jak jarzynowa mojej SP.Prababci,nie miałam pojęcia ,że ten charakterystyczny smak nadaje ocet!

Zupka bardzo smaczna.Tylko zamiast kapusty dałam brukselkę.Przypomina mi smak dzieciństwa.Kto by pomyślał,że olej i ocet dają ten niepowtarzalny smak.
