Ingredients:

1 litr wywaru z kostki
1 duzy peczek koperku
1 szklanka smietany
1 lyzka masla
1 lyzka oleju
1 lyzka maki
sok z cytryny
sol, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Z maki, masla i oleju zrobic jasna zasmazke, dodac posiekany koperek i smazyc ok.2 min., mieszajac. Dodac zimny wywar, gotowac 5 min. Przecedzic, przyprawic do smaku sola, pieprzem i sokiem z cytryny. Wlac smietane, wymieszac. Podawac z groszkiem ptysiowym, lub tostami.

robisz ciasto ptysiowe, zamiast dużych ptysi robisz małe ptysie, to jest groszek ptysiowy (na skróty)

ella - groszek ptysiowy możesz po prostu kupić już gotowy w większości cukierni i sklepów.
