Ingredients:

porcja na 2-3 osoby
1 puszka cieciorki
1 puszka zielonego groszku
250g chudego wedzonego boczku
1 duzy zabek czosnku
2 srednie cebule, moze byc wiecej
1 czubata lyzka curry (moze byc wiecej, nigdy mniej)

Prepare instructions:

Boczek pokroic w drobna kostke lub bloczki i usmazyc na chrupko bez tluszczu (jesli juz to na 2 lyzkach oliwy z oliwek). W miedzyczasie pokroic w gruba kostke cebule, dodac do prawie wysmazonego boczku, zeszklic. dodac curry i czosnek (mozna wycisnac, osobiscie kroje na 4 wzdluz). Wrzucic to wszystko do garnka a nastepnie dodac zawartosc obu puszek wraz z zalewa. Doprowadzic do wrzenia i gotowac jeszcze 5 minut na niekoniecznie wolnym ogniu. Mozna dodac pol szklanki wody. Podawac z tostami czosnkowymi lub z bagietka.

Calosc jest gesta, ale wg marii eleny jest to zupa. Nie spieram sie, jak zwal tak zwal, wazne ze proste i dobre.

no coz, tylko krowa nie zmienia pogladow wiec musze przyznac ze chyba skoryguje ostatnie zdanie w przepisie .polska przyprawa curry jest znacznie lagodniejsza od np. indyjskiej i posiadajac te oryginalna, indyjska spokojnie mozna ja wymieszac pol na pol z kurkuma poniewaz sama w takiej ilosci moze byc wyzwaniem dla twardzieli
