Zupka pomidorowo marchwiowa mojej mamci

Ingredients:

- 3 marchewki

- słoiczek przecieru pomidorowego

- 1 cebula

- kostka rosołowa

- 1 łyżka śmietany do zup

- pieprz, przyprawa typu "vegeta" i maggi

- 3 garście makaronu nitki

- olej

Prepare instructions:

- marchewkę obieramy i kroimy w kostkę.

- zalewamy ją 2 - 3 szklankami wody, wrzucamy kostkę rosołową

i gotujemy do miękkości.

- cebulę kroimy w kosteczkę i szklimy na oleju.

- do cebuli dodajemy przecier i go przesmażamy

- łączymy przecier i wywar marchewkowy i gotujemy na wolnym ogniu ok. 10 min.

- ściągamy zupkę z ognia i dodajemy śmietanę.

- makaron gotujemy według przepisu na opakowaniu.

- przyprawiamy zupkę do smaku i podajemy z makaronem.

rewelacja, dodałam jeszcze troche pomidorów z puszki i część zmiksowałam - synkowi smakowało a i my zjedlismy ze smakiem

mi też podpasowała ta zupka w wersji częściowo zmiksowanej, pyszny krem :D
