"Kości i ziemniaki wrzucamy do garnka, zalewamy wodą i ok godzinę trzymamy aż zmięknie"- nie bardzo rozumiem o co tu chodzi. Mają stać w tej wodzie, czy sie gotować i co ma zmięknąć?

kurcze, zapomniałam napisać, żeby to wrzucić i godzinę trzymać na dużym ogniu aż zacznie się gotować i dać na mniejszy, trzymać ok godzinę aż zmięknie to co się tam da na wywar. przepraszam za ten brak i życzę smacznego
