Wczoraj upiekłam choinki i wyszły rewelacyjne, tyle że w przepisie jest podana mąka w ilości 2 szklanek i owszem do momentu wymieszania jej z rozpuszczonym maslem i miodem jest ok, tyle że po dodaniu cukru i jajek masa jest pływająca i aby doprowadzić ją do takiej postaci by wykroic gwiazy i przeniesc je na blachy musiałam dodac sporo mąki - łącznie zużyłam ok 3/4 kg mąki. A  po wczorajszych próbach juz wiem że ciasto  rozwałkowane musi  mieć 5 mm grubości bo inaczej gwiazdki są cieniutki a tym samym choinki niskie.
