Raczej tak. Oczywiście trzeba delikatnie kroic ale jest możliwe ukrojenie nawet dosc cienkich kromeczek z paszteciku :).

Sa naprawde wysmienite, od dwoch dni zajadam sie nimi. Pozwolilam sobie je zagotowac w sloikach przez 5 min i mi zlapaly, a smaku nie stracily, mysle ze postoja jakis czas.

Z tego przepisu pieke od lat, tylko nazywam go strzępiec. Zamiast owocow mozna dac smazone jablka (oczywiscie z cynamomen) lub powidlo, a do piany dodac siekanych orzechow. A ciasta nie skube, tylko wkladam do lodowki na godzine i scieram na tarku na grubych oczkach. A placek jest faktycznie super :)
