Pasztet z cukini

Ingredients:

średniej wielkości cukinia
30 dkg żółtego sera
2 cebule,
3 jaja
1,5 szklanki tartej bułki,
0,5 szklanki oleju
przyprawy:
sól pieprz
oraz wg uznania:
mielony kminek,
startą drobno gałkę muszkatołową,
paprykę mieloną

Prepare instructions:

Cukinię obrać, wyjąć gniazda nasienne, zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach ( ma jej być ok 3 szklanki ).
Ser zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach.
Cebule obrać i zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach lub drobniutko posiekać.
( ja wszystkie te skłądniki drobię w malakserze ).
Cukinię, ser, cebulę, bułkę tartą, olej, żółtka i przyprawy wymieszać, dodać ubite białka, tacę (wąską długą jak na keks) wysypać bułką tartą, wyłożyć przygotowany pasztet piec w temp ok 200 stopni C ok 1,5 godz .

Lussi czy po upieczniu pasztet jest zwarty? tzn czy da się kroić? Uwielbiam cukinie i kabaczki więc napewno zrobię Twój pasztecik - pozdrawiam dankarz

Raczej tak. Oczywiście trzeba delikatnie kroic ale jest możliwe ukrojenie nawet dosc cienkich kromeczek z paszteciku :).
