Bonifac wsumie to przyznam,ze ciezko mi powiedziec dlaczego surowa cebule przepis na ta kapustke jest juz chyba z pokolenie na pokolenie mojej mamy.Kiedys tez tu szukalam przepisu,i niebylo latwo wiec dalam tu ten i z tego co widze,ze smakuje :-)
A z drugiej strony cebula w innej postaci wlasne zeszklnej,podsmazonej dala by inny smak,ja nieprobowalam po co sobie utrudniac skoro itak jest dobra ;-)
Co do drugiego pytania o barwienia niemam bladego pojecia :/
