Witam:)
znam doskonale tą potrawę, jest przepyszna! można ją z powodzeniem zamrozić w plastikowych bądź aluminiowych pojemnikach po przygotowaniu. Dodam do przepisu kilka moich wskazówek - ważne jest, żeby dobrze doprawic sos i bakłażany(nie mogą być mdłe), dobrze jest też obrać bakłażany w paski( co drugie pasmo), poniewaz jak wiemy - bakłażan ma twardą skórkę i czasem można mieć kłopoty z krojeniem ich na talerzu). To chyba tyle :) aha! we Włoszech to danie nazywają "la parmigiana" :) pozdrawiam :)
