Właśnie upiekłam, w wersji z pianą, budyniem i kruszonką. Ciasto się studzi. W międzyczasie postanowiłam sprawdzić jak to jest z tym budyniem, bo nie dawało mi to spokoju. Ugotowany i ostudzony ciężko mieszał się z pianą. Znalazłam w kilku innych przepisach, że do piany z białek dodaje się  budyń w proszku, tzn sam proszek, a nie ugotowany z mlekiem. Zamiast budyniu można też dodać mąki ziemniaczanej, a wcześniej jeszcze trochę cukru pod koniec ubijania. Następnym razem wypróbuje taką wersje. Może piana będzie lepsza.
