Widziałam jak Nigella robila ten deser.O ile sie nie myle owoce były gorące tzn. zagotowane z cukrem ( ja dodaje brazowy) na ogniu.
Ja tak robie - połączenie zimnej bitej smietany, goracego sosu z owocow i chrupiacych bez jest niesamowite.
Sadze, ze na zimno ten deser duzo traci. A zabiera to dosłownie pare minut. Tyle, ze trzeba podawac zaraz przed jedzeniem bo inaczej smietana sie topi.
Co do owoców- uzywam malin, badz mieszanki owocow lesnych, najlepiej wybierac   kwaskowate bo tworza fantastyczny kontrast ze słodkimi bezami i smietana
