Witam, upiekłam ciasto dokładnie według przepisu, jednak wyniknął jeden problem miast 40 minut piekłam je ponad dwie godziny, ponieważ cały czas było bardzo mokre. Nie mam pojęcia czy to wina mojego pieca (zwykły piec gazowy bez termoobiegu) czy po prostu mogłam dodać wiecej mąki. Po wyjęciu ciasto jest dośc mokre sama już nie wiem czy niej niedopieczone czy "mokrość" pochodzi z samych pomarańczy. Nie mam zbyt dużego doświadczenia w pieczeniu ciast. Proszę o radę co moge poprawić, bo bardzo chciałam podać to ciasto na świąteczny stół.
