Ciasto wyyyyśmienite!!!!! Za drugim razem trochę zmodyfikowałam krem bo zależało mi na przykryciu kremem również drugiej warstwy bananów: 800ml kremówki ubić z cukrem waniliowym, do tego ugotowany budyń tak jak w przepisie powyżej i na koniec dodałam jeszcze 2 łyżeczki żelatyny (robiłam ciasto w bardzo ciepły dzień) rozpuszczonej w ciepłym mleku ( po ostudzeniu oczywiście). Na wierzch pokropić stopioną czekoladą. BOMBA. Aha-do takiej ilości śmietany polecam dodać około 2 łyżki glukozy- dzięki temu śmietana jest sztywna jak po śmietanfixie a duużo taniej.
