Hehe, do carbonary najlepiej dodać żółtka, i bardzo pilnować sosu na gazie :)
A co do mojego przepisu - jest bardzo prosty, sos się raczej nie zetnie w tym przypadku, ale też nie zaszkodzi być ostrożniejszym.
Polecam w każdym razie, choć każdy ma inny gust - mi akurat zasmakowało :)

A ja dopiero co robiłam spaghetti ala carbonara i zastanawiałam sie czemu mi się ścieło   dałam całe jajka. Nastepnym razem zrobie z twojego przepisu, zapowiada sie smakowicie
