Ingredients:

6 jaj

1.1/2 szklanki cukru

3 szklanki mąki

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

1 łyżeczka sody

1 łyżeczka cynamonu

1.1/2 łyżki kakaa

1.1/4 szklanki oleju

6 dużych jabłek

Prepare instructions:

Jabłka pokroić w kostkę. Jajka ubić z cukrem na gęstą masę. Szybkie składniki połączyć i wymieszać. Dodawać stopniowo do ubitych jaj. Po połączeniu dodać olej i jabłka. Piec około 1 godz. Po ostudzeniu polać polewą i posypać kolorową posypką. Pieczemy w standardowej blaszce.

Uwaga:

Ciasto surowe wychodzi dość gęste, ale po upieczeniu jest puszyste i wilgotne i dość wysokie.

U mnie to ciasto nazywa się SALCESON :-) Ambasador jest z orzechami - że niby bardziej ekskluzywny też pyszny. A dziś właśnie zażeramy się Salcesonem, praktycznie z takiego przepisu. Pozdrawiam!
