Ingredients:

200g przesianej mąki 2 łyzeczki proszku do pieczenia 1/2 łyżeczki sody oczyszczonej 1/4łyżeczki cynamonu 3 łyżki stołowe kakao 175g cukru (może byc brązowy) 1 średnie jajo 100ml oleju 125g maślanki 3 średnie banany

Prepare instructions:

Rozgrzej piekarnik do temperaturt 160 stopni .Mąke bardzo starannie przesiej i wymieszaj z proszkiem do pieczenia,cynamonem,sodą oraz kakao.Jajko wbij do duzej salaterki i lekko je roztrzep.Dodaj do niego cukier,maślankę i olej .Wszystko porządnie wymieszaj .Obierz banany ze skórki i rozbrobnij widelcem,dodaj je do masy i krótko mieszaj .Dodaj mieszankę mączną i wszystko mocno zagniec.Ciasto przełóż do specjalnych blaszanych lub papierowych foremek do babeczek i piecz przez 20-25 minut w temperaturze 160 stopni.

Są wyśmienite. Ale mnie, z racji mojego lenistwa nie chce się "bawić" w babeczki i wlewam wszystko do jednej formy i mam przepyszną babkę. Po prostu cud, miód i orzeszki

robiłam z tego przepisu dwukrotnie babeczki,raz ciasto ( ale wyszło niskie trzeba z podwónej porcji ) . bardzo dobre! wielkie dzięki za przepis.
