Baklazany kroimy wzdłuż na plasterki okolo 0.5 cm solimy zeby woda puscila.dodam ze ja obieram zawsze baklazana ale nie trzeba.nastepnie mozna usmazyc na patelni lub upiec w piekarniku.polecam raczej rozlozyc na blaszcze natrzec tluszczem i upiec.poniewaz smazone na patelni chlona bardzo duzo tluszczu.miesko pokroic na kawalki tzn 3 na 2cm doprawic i podsmazyc.pomidory obrac ze skorki i zetrzec na tarce.kiedy mamy juz to gotowe to na kazdy kawalek baklazana kladziemy kawalek kurczaka i zwijamy jak zraza,ukladamy w naczyniu zaroodpornym .calosc polewamy przecierem z pomidorow i zapiekamy w piekarniku ok 20-25 min

jadłam podobne danie w srodku był jeszcze ser mozzorella,w takim wydaniy musi tez byc pycha :)
