Banany zapiekane z czekoladą i lodami

Ingredients:

2 banany

pół kostki mlecznej czekolady

łyżka wiórków kokosowych

masło

kubek lodów waniliowych

Prepare instructions:

Posmarować masłem naczynie do zapiekania piekarnik nagrzać do temperatury 180 stopni C.
Obrać banany, przekroić wzdłuż na połówki. Połówki ułożyć w naczyniu do zapiekania wypukłą strona do dołu, ułożyć kostki czekolady. Ewentualnie posypać wiórkami kokosowymi. Zapiekać pod przykryciem ok. 10 minut. Upieczone banany trudno wyjąć z naczynia, w którym się upiekły, w ładnej postaci, dlatego najlepiej zzapiekać po jednym lub po dwa banany w pojedynczych porcjach.

Pyszny deser najczęściej przygotowuję zimą, bo wtedy ciepłe banany smakują najlepiej. Czasem dodaję do nich gałkę lodów waniliowych albo śmietankowych.

Dokładnie :) Ale nie jest to konieczne, po prostu ja tak robię dla ulepszenia deseru
