1 szklanka mąki
1 szklanka cukru
1 szklanka kaszy manny
1 lyzeczka proszku do pieczenia
cukier waniliowy
kostka masla
ok 1,5-2kg jablek
bulka tarta dowysypania formy

Prepare instructions:

mąke,cukier.kasze manne,cukier waniliowy i proszek do pieczenia mieszamy dokladnie w misce.maslo schladzamy w lodowce.jablka scieramy na terace jarzynowej.do tortownicy wysmarowanej odrobina masla i posypanej bulka tarta wsypujemy szklanke suchej masy,na to wykladamy polowe jablek,kolejna masa sucha,jablaka i masa sucha,na wierzch scieramy kostke masla(ok 3/4 kostki)wkladamy na godzine do piekarnika na 180 st.uwierzcie ze rewelacja;));p

Super przepis! U nas jemy te szarlotke na cieplo z lodami waniliowymi i bita smietana :) POLECAM!!!

Nie polecam, wyszedł zakalec :(
Moim zdaniem jest za mało mąki i proszku do pieczenia, jabłka są ciężkie i ta ilość ciasta nie jest w stanie je podnieść do góry i na spodzie wychodzi zakalec.

mi też nie urosło, wyszedł taki soczysty zakalec (a b.rzadko coś mi się nie udaję) ale jak było ciepłe...to łyżką zjadłem 1/3 blaszki :) było dobre, na zimno też. ogólnie jadalne nawet w tej postaci, lecz coś jest nie tak zilością składników taka jak pisze kania.
