Bardzo leniwe Leniwe wg męża mego

Ingredients:

Ser biały może być zwykły w kostce lub taki na sernik trzy razy mielony lub Ricotta lub Mascarpome
Ser powinien być naturalny lub ewentualnie waniliowy smak
1 jajko
4-5 łyżek mąki
troszkę mleka
sól do smaku
Ilość sładników zależy od wielkości rodziny, z jednego serka Maskarpone obiad jest dla dwojga głodomorkow.

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników wyrobić ciasto jak na kluski kładzione
/ trochę bardziej ściśłe niż na kluseczki lane/ .
Kłaść małą łyżeczką na gotującą się wodę, podawać polane stopionym masłemi posypane cukrem.
Ulubiony obiadek mojej córki łasucha i mojego męża leniucha,
zresztą to jego przepis.

Bardzo dobra alternatywa dla klusek leniwych. Robi się je bardzo szybko bez brudzenia rąk. Wystarczy wszystkie składniki ze sobą połączyć, mieszając łyżką. W smaku są bardziej pulchne od leniwych zagniatanych. Będę wracać do tego przepisu, polecam - są naprawdę smaczne.
