Bażant po burgundzku w ziołach

Ingredients:

2 bażanty,
2 łyżki masła,
2 łyżki mieszaniny ziół
(tymianku, lubczyku, szczypiorku,
estragonu, natki pietruszki),
3 łyżki siekanej szalotki,
2 stołowe łyżki tymianku,
3 ząbki czosnku
20 dag ciemnych winogron przepołowionych,
1 szklanka wytrawnego białego wina,
2 łyżki burgundzkiej wódki z winnych wytłoczyn,
4 stołowe łyżki świeżej śmietany,
sól,
pieprz świeżo mielony

Prepare instructions:

Bażanty osolić i opieprzyć. Do wnętrza każdego z nich włożyć po 1 łyżce mieszaniny ziół i posiekanego czosnku. W 1 łyżce masła zrumienić bażanty ze wszystkich stron, następnie wlać wino i dusić pod przykryciem 40 minut na wolnym ogniu. Przełożyć bażanty na półmisek i odstawić w cieple. W tym samym rondlu przesmażyć na maśle szalotkę, dodać winogrona, dusić 3 minuty. Zalać wódką i zapalić. Grzać na wolnym ogniu aż sos nabierze konsystencji zbliżonej do syropu. Zdjąć z ognia i połączyć ze śmietaną. Sosem zalać bażanty i poprószyć tymiankiem.

Bahusie, no ja Cię kocham:) Mieszkam od dwóch lat w lesie a dzięki temu przepisowi skłoniłam męża do "załatwienia" bażantów!!! Dziękuję
