Bażant w jarzynach lema

Ingredients:

- tuszka młodego bażanta,
- marchew 2 – 3 szt.,
- pietruszka 2 - 3 szt.,
- seler 1/5,
- por średniej wielkości,
- czosnek 2 ząbki,
- masło roślinne połowę puszki,
- cebula mała,
- pieprz, sól.

Prepare instructions:

Sprawionego bażanta umyć, poporcjować. Część piersiową oraz uda naszprycować rozgrzanym masłem. Tak przygotowane porcje ułożyć do podłużnego rondla (najlepszy żeliwny). Marchew, pietruszkę, seler i cebulę ściąć na wiórki. Czosnek rozdusić w wygniatarce. Por pociąć na cienkie plasterki. Na mięso bażanta rozkładać kolejno – rozmiażdżony czosnek, warstwę marchwi, warstwę pietruszki i selera potem rozsypać plasterki pora i tak układać kolejne warstwy jarzyn aż do wypełnienia rondla. Na wierzchu porozkładać masło. Popieprzyć oraz posolić (mała łyżeczka deserowa). Przykryć. Dusić do miękkości, początkowo na małym ogniu.

Podawać na gorąco z ziemniakami.

Niam Niam! Nie udało mi się ustrzelić bażanta :( Wykorzystałam ten przepis do piersi dzikiej gęsi, którą pokroiłam w kostkę i podsmażyłam przed gotowaniem (bez tego wychodzi twarda). Reszta bez zmian. Wogóle nie czuliśmy, że to dziczyzna. Następnym razem spróbuje wg przepisu kawałki bażanta, bo naprawdę warto do niego wrócić.
