Biszkopt z masą wiśniową

Ingredients:

biszkopt:1 szkl. mąki pszennej
             1/2 szkl.mąki ziemniaczanej
             5 jajek
            3/4 szkl. cukru
            2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
            1 łyżka octu

masa wiśniowa:1/2 kg wiśni
                       5 łyżek cukru
                       1 litr i trochę wody
                       2 budynie śmietankowe

do posypania:starta czekolada
                    wiórki kokosowe

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie biszkoptu:białka ubić z cukrem na sztywną pianę. Żółtka wymieszać z proszkiem i octem. Mąkę pszenną wymieszać z mąką ziemniaczną. Do ubitej piany wlać żółtka i jeszcze chwilę ubijać, potem wsypać mąki z proszkiem i delikatnie wymieszać. Wlać ciasto do tortownicy wysmarowanej tłuszczem (ja smaruję olejem). Piec w temp. 180 C przez 30-35 minut. Ostudzić. Potem przekroić na połowę. Jedną część włożyć spowrotem do tortownicy.

Ugotować kompot z wiśni. Wiśnie wyjąć (nie będą potrzebne), ugotować na kompocie budynie w/g przepisu na opakowaniu. Gorący wylać na biszkopt ( trochę masy budyniowej zostawić), przykryć drugą częścią biszkoptu, lekko docisnąć. Posmarować odłożoną masą, a gdy przestygnie posypać najpierw startą czekoladą a następnie wiórkami kokosowymi. Po całkowitym ostygnięciu włożyć do lodówki.

Upiekłam wczoraj mój biszkopcik z masą wiśniową, jest lekki i co ważne mało słodki.Jest po prostu pyszny, szybko znika z talerza.Polecam.
