Ingredients:

Biszkopt:

6 jaj
½ szkl. cukru
¾ szkl. maki pszennej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
3 łyżki suchego maku
olejek cytrynowy
2 łyzki oleju

Masa:

2 szkl. kwaśnej gęstej śmietany
2 łyzki cukru
1 galaretka cytrynowa
2 łyżeczki żelatyny
truskawki

Dodatkowo:

1 galaretka truskawkowa
truskawki do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubić, dodać cukier, żółtka, olej, parę kropel olejku cytrynowego i suchy mak. Ubić razem mikserem. Mąkę wymieszać z proszkiem do pieczenia, połączyć z masą jajeczną. Wylać na blaszkę posmarowaną tłuszczem i posypana bułką tartą. Piec przez 30 minut w temp. 180°C.
Wystudzić i przekroić na dwie części.

Śmietanę wymieszać z cukrem. Galaretkę wymieszać z żelatyną, rozpuscić w szklance wrzątku. Truskawki pokroić na małe cząstki. Śmitanę ubić, połączyć z tężejącą galaretką i truskawkami.

Jedną część biszkoptu włożyć do blaszki, na to wylać masę z truskawkami, przykryć drugą częścią biszkopta. Na wierzch ułożyć plasterki truskawek i zalać galaretką. Włozyć do lodówki.

Czy to ma byc śmietana 30% ?

Ja używam śmietany 30% ponieważ dostaję taką od teściowej, ale można użyć 18% tylko żeby była gęsta.

zrobiłam to ciacho,ale bez truskawek,dałam za to pokrojone drobno ananasy,wyszło rewelacyjne poprostu pyszota,polecam.
