Bułeczki ala pizza - Duńskie Pizzasnegle

Ingredients:

Składniki

SKŁADNIKI na 40 małych bułeczek

* 550 g mąki pszennej
* 50 g świeżych drożdży
* 250 ml (szklanka) mleka lub wody lub jednego i drugiego (ja daję pół na pół)
* 1 łyżka cukru
* 1/2 łyżeczki soli
* 100 g miekkiego masła lub margaryny
* 1 jajko
* keczup
* ser do starcia
* oregano

Prepare instructions:

Mleko trochę podgrzewam dodaję cukier i rozpuszczam w tym drożdże. Nastepnie dodaję wodę i powoli inne skladniki. Na koniec dodaje miekka (rozpuszczona) ochlodzona margaryne. Wyrabiam ciasto. Ciasto rosnie ok 30-40 min. Rozwałkowuje ciasto w formie kwadratu. Smaruje keczupem. Zwijam ciasto jak rolade i kroje na kawalki ok, 2 cm szerokosci. Układam na blasze - posypuje serem (mozna szynka, czy bekonem) i oregano.Odczekuje 10-15 min zanim włoże ciaso do pikarnika. Piekę ok. 15 min na 200-225 stopni.

Bułeczki wyszły pulchne i całkiem smaczne. Jak na mój gust, można dodać więcej soli do ciasta - będą bardziej wyraziste.

Czy wkładamy do piekarnika nagrzanego czy nienagrzanego??
