Bułeczki ze szczypiorkiem i serkiem brie

Ingredients:

* 6 szklanek mąki pszennej

* 20 g drożdży

* 1 łyżka cukru

* 1 łyżka soli

* posiekany pęczek szczypiorku

* 0,5l ciepłej wody

* opakowanie sera brie

* 1 rozbełtane jajo

* 3 łyzki oliwy

* nasiona sezamu do posypania

Prepare instructions:

W dużej misce połącz mąkę, drożdże, cukier, sól, szcypiorek, olej i wodę, a nastepnie wyrabiaj ciasto, dopóki nie zrobi się gładkie i elastyczne.

Umieść ciasto w natłuszczonej misce i odstaw do wyrośnięcia; ma podwoić swoją objętość. Nakłuj ciasto i podziel na 12-16 części.

Uformuj każdy kawałek w kulę, po czym w środek wciśnij kawałek sera brie. Dokładnie zalep ciasto, tak by ser nie wydostał się w żaden sposób. Bułki przenieś na natłuszczoną blachę i odstaw do wyrośnięcia. POsmaruj delikatnie jajkiem i posyp ziarnem sezamowym. Piecz w temp. 180 st. przez ok. 25-30 min.
