Bułeczki cebulowe

Ingredients:

2 szkl. mąki pszennej
2 łyżeczki suchych drożdży
2 łyżki oliwy
1/3 szkl. mleka
1 płaska łyżeczka cukru
sól
tymianek
1/2 dużej cebuli lub 1 mała
odrobina masła
1 jajko

Prepare instructions:

Uwielbiam bułeczki cebulowe, jednak żadne nie smakują, tak jak domowej roboty :-)

Do miski wsypać mąkę, drożdże, sól i cukier. Wlać oliwę oraz mleko o temp. pokojowej. Wszystko zagnieść, wyrabiać ok. 8-10 min. Odstawić do wyrośnięcia na 25 min.

W międzyczasie pokroić w drobną kosteczkę cebulę i zeszklić na maśle. Dodać do masy drożdżowej, wyrobić ponownie ciasto i odstawić na kolejne 25 min. Rozgrzać piekarnik do 180 stopni. Na blaszce wyłożonej papierem ułożyć uformowane bułeczki, posmarować rozbełtanym jajkiem oraz posypać tymiankiem. Piec ok. 30-40 min. na złoty kolor.

Nie wiem, czy do przepisu nie wkradł się błąd, miałam problem, aby z podanej w przepisie ilości mleka zrobić zwarte, nie sypiące się ciasto. Podwoiłam ilość mleka ( 2/3 szklanki ), dodałam świeże drożdże, chwilowo nie miałam tymianku, więc zastąpiłam go ziołami prowansalskimi. Bułeczki wyszły bardzo dobre, aromatyczne i mięciutkie. Z pewnością będę wracać do tego przepisu.
