Bułki zapiekane z mielonym mięsem

Ingredients:

4 bułki, 2 cebule, 30dag mielonej wołowiny,
2 łyżki masła, 2 łyżki ketchupu, 1 łyżka sosu sojowego
sól, pieprz, 10 plasterków sera gołdy lub edamskiego

Prepare instructions:

Bułki przekroić, wydrążyć i rozdrobnić miąż.Obraną cebulę pokroić w kostkę. Mielone mięso usmażyc na dużym ogniu. Dodać miąż z bułki i cebulę i krótko podsmażyć.Mięso zdjąć z ognia i doprawić do smaku ketchupem, sosem sojowym, solą i pieprzem.Bułki lekko opiec, do środka włożyć 1/4 plasterka sera i usmażone mięso z dodatkami. Następnie bułki przykryć plastrem sera.Bułki zapiekać 8 minut na górnym poziomie piekarnika lub grilla do momentu roztopienia się sera.

Pod warstwą sera można ułożyć plasterki banana
