Ingredients:

200 g czerwonej fasoli z puszki
1 duża cebula
2 papryki
250 g mielonej wołowiny
1 łyżeczka oleju
chili w proszku
sól, pieprz
250 g pomidorów z puszki
pieprz cayenne
szczypiorek

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę obrać, pokroić na ćwiartki, potem na paseczki. Strączki papryki pokroić na ćwiartki, oczyścić z białych części, usunąć pestki. Miąższ opłukać, pokroić w poprzek na wąskie paseczki. Wołowinę podsmażyć na oleju, aż mięso zbrązowieje i wyparuje cały sok. Dodać cebulę i paprykę, dusić na średnim ogniu przez 5 min. Pomidory odsączyć, grubo pokroić, dodać do mięsa, dusić na średnim ogniu przez 30 min. Fasolę wyłożyć na sito, opłukać pod zimną wodą, wrzucić do mięsa po 25 minutach duszenia. Gotową potrawę mocno przyprawić chili, pieprzem i pieprzem cayenne, posolić. Podawać na gorąco. Tuż przed podaniem posypać posiekanym szczypiorkiem.

Zrobiłam dokladnie wg przepisu....polecam, pycha!!!

Zrobilam dzisiaj chili con carne z tego przepisu. Dodalam jeszcze startej gorzkiej czekolady, podalam z kwasna smietana. Wyszlo bardzo dobre. Dziekuje za przepis :)
