Ciastka anyżkowe

Ingredients:

25 dag mąki,
25 dag cukru,
4 jajka,
2 dag anyżku
2 dag masła do smarowania blachy

Prepare instructions:

Cukier i jajka ubić do białości, dodać mąkę i część przebranego anyżku. Ucierać wszystkie składniki ok. 25 min. Na wysmarowaną masłem blachę kłaść ciastka łyżką lub wyciskać szprycką, posypywać zrumienionym na cukrze pozostałym anyżkiem. Piec w średnio gorącym piekarniku 15—20 min.

Mam problem z kupieniem anyzu, a szkoda, bo uwielbiam ciasteczka anyzowe. Chetnie zrobilabym je w domu. Czy ktos podpowie, gdzie kupie anyzek?

Własnie dziś kupiłam anyż w markecie, w dziale z wszystkimi przyprawami, dodatkami do ciast typu: cynamon, cukier waniliowy; to sa nasiona anyżu, trzeba je przed uzyciem zmielic bądź utłuc np. w moździerzu, ja zrobiłam to w miseczce, kulą do ucierania ciast.

Dziekuje, poszukam, choc do tej pory nie udalo mi sie znalezc.
