Ingredients:

Ciasto

4 jaja

1,5 szkl mąki przennej

2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej

1 szklanka cukru

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

8 łyżek wody

8 łyżek oleju

Druga porcja tak samo jak poprzednia + 2 łyżki kakao

Krem

1,5 szklanki mleka ( z tego 1/2 szkl. mleka odlewamy - rozmieszać z 1 łyżką mąki przennej i 1 łyżką mąki ziemniaczanej + 1/2 szklanki cukru i 1 cukier waniliowy. Ugotowany budyń utzeć z 1/2 kostki margaryny.

Prepare instructions:

Ucieramy jaja z cukrem, powoli dodajemy wymieszane mąki z proszkiem do pieczenia na przemian z wodą i olejem i mieszamy do uzyskania jednolitej konsystencji. Druga porcja tak samo tylko dosypujemy 2 łyżki kakao i razem mieszamy. Pieczemy w 180st. Po upieczeniu oby dwa ciasta przekrawamy na pół i przekładamy na przemian raz ciemny raz jasny kremem budyniowym i na wierzch resztę kremu rozsmarować.

Nie żebym się czepiała , ale co z tym adwokatem-dlaczego taka nazwa?

Adwokat został wypity zanim trafił do ciasta. HIhihi.....

Dlaczego "adwokat" kojarzy się od razu wszystkim z alkoholem ? To, że taka nazwa wcale nie znaczy, że musi być w składzie.

To jest taka nazwa ciasta. Nie musi być żaden alkohol żeby ciasto było pyszne ;) A wam to tylko alkohol w głowie
