Ciasto ,,ambasador"

Ingredients:

30 dkg mąki

30 dkg cukru

4 jajka

25 dkg masła lub margaryny, lub masła roślinnego

1/2 szklanki mleka

3 łyżki kakao

2 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

olejek migdałowy, orzechy, skórka pomarańczowa

Prepare instructions:

Mleko, cukier, tłuszcz i kakao włożyć do garnka i podgrzewać na ogniu stale mieszając aż uzyskamy jednolitą masę.

Ostudzić, przelać najlepiej do makutry i ucierając dodawać żółtka, mąkę, proszek do pieczenia, olejek oraz posiekane drobno orzechy i skórkę pomarańczową.

Na końcu dodać ubitą pianę z białek, wymieszać i wlać do prodiża lub formy wysmarowanej tłuszczem. Po upieczeniu i ostudzeniu polać polewą czekoladową i po wierzchu posypać siekanymi orzechami.

Z sentymentem wspominam to ciasto. Piekłam po raz pierwszy w 1982 roku; ucierałam w makutrze i piekłam w kuchni na węgiel.

U mojej Mamy w zeszyciku widnieje dokładnie takie samo ciacho dodatkowo pamiętam go z dzieciństwa
