Ciasto amerykańskie IZY

Ingredients:

1,5 szklanki oleju
2 szklanki cukru
5 jaj
1 łyżeczka kakao
4 szklanki mąki
1 łyżeczka cynamonu
1 łyżeczka sody
1 kilogram jabłek

Polewa:
1/2 kostki palmy
2 łyżki kakao
1,5 łyżki wody
4 łyżki cukru

Prepare instructions:

Olej + jajka + cukier utrzeć. Dodać mąkę z cynamonem + kakao - wymieszać. Sodę rozpuścić z 4 łyżeczkami wody i dodać do ciasta - wymieszać.
Jabłka obrać, pokroić w kosteczkę i wymieszać z ciastem. Wyłożyć ciasto na wysmarowaną tłuszczem i wysypaną bułką tartą formy. Piec ok. 45 min. w temp. 180 C
Po upieczeniu można polać polewą czeloladową.

Polewa:
Wszyskie składniki przełożyć do rondelaka i mieszając zagotować. Zdjąć z ognia.

Mieszać aż przestygnie i jeszcze ciepłą polać ciasto.

Robię te ciasto z takich samych proporcji co ty,tylko kakao, sodę i cynamon daję po 2 łyżeczki płaskie. Przeglądając inne podobne przepisy zauważyłam,że niektórzy mają obawy czy takie gęste ciasto ma być, czy urośnie?Zapewniam,że z tych proporcji wychodzi bardzo gęste ciasto, tak że trudno wmieszać jabłka,ale takie ma być.Pięknie wyrasta,a przez to,że jest gęste jabłka nie opadają na dno.Ja piekę 50min.Polecam bo pyszne i szybko się robi.Wychodzi duża blacha
